In order to repair your pst file you must run the ‘Inbox Repair Tool’.
The Inbox Repair Tool can be found in ‘C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033\SCANPST.EXE’.
Complete the scan using the tool and select repair when prompted. It is recommended that you select the checkbox for backup when prompted before repair.
