USB Hard Drive not working or RAW File System in disk management utility

1. Open disk management utility
2. Assign a new drive letter to the partition
3. Open CMD
4. chkdsk <drive-letter>: /f

If that doesn’t work try some data recovery management utilities like Paragon to test the surface and check MBR.
